Daz3D / Photoshop
Edit: This is a new version of the image. I wasn't happy with it so I went back to it and added some new textures etc.
I wanted to try a few different things in 1 image, and spend some time creating something. There was some trial and error to get here, but I'm pleased with the results.
The character is Victoria 7, and I've been playing with the greebles set to make the cloning tube. Lighting comes from various mesh lights and HDR.
Smoke, liquefy (to smooth out edges) and a few other post things done in Photoshop.

Well if were for brain activity clone for organs and limbs could easily be profit maker on it own .
